Grade A (for Food Industry and HoReCa)

Grade A berries have the highest quality. They are sorted using mechanical methods and laser installations to remove any plant debris, leaves, rotten or unripe berries, and other foreign objects. Grade B (Semi-finished Product)

Grade B berries are used in the processing industry. They also undergo mechanical and manual cleaning from plant debris, leaves, and other foreign objects. Up to 3% of unripe berries and up to 0.5% contamination with leaves are allowed. These berries are often used for producing concentrated juices, purees, and natural colorants for pharmacological purposes.

Grade C (Uncleaned)

Grade C berries are sold without preliminary cleaning. These berries may contain up to 3% leaves and 5 to 10% unripe berries. They are used where quality requirements are not as high, such as in the production of preserves or for processing.
